Biomolecular Interactions

The CoreNAT unit Biomolecular Interactions provides biophysical instrumentation for studying biomolecular interactions and properties. Surface Plasmon Resonance (SPR), Isothermal Titration Calometry (ITC), and Microscale Thermophoresis (MST) are state-of-the-art techniques to analyse interaction between proteins, DNA, RNA, small molecules and drug compounds. Circular Dichroism Spectroscopy (CD) and Multi Angle Light Scattering (MALS) can be applied to investigate structural properties of proteins and their changes in response to biomolecular interactions.

Terms of use and fee list

The terms of use define the rules for the services offered by the CoreNAT research infrastructure platform. Attached is a fee list for the use of large-scale equipment or profile-forming equipment for the relevant CoreNAT research service or CoreNAT cooperation area. The price list applies to internal LUH facilities.
Separate contracts are concluded with external scientific or commercially orientated institutions, which regulate the details of the use of equipment and its costs.
