Doctoral students' office

The team in the doctoral office of the dean's office is responsible for any questions you may have regarding the administrative procedure of doctoral studies.

If your questions concern the supervision of your doctorate, doctoral topics and positions, the resources and organisation of a doctoral project, please address your questions directly to the professors in the institutes of the Faculty of Natural Sciences.

Since September 2024, the doctoral students' office is located in building 4105, room A021 (section A).

For the personal submission of application documents concerning the doctorate and the submission of dissertation papers, please schedule an appointment by e-mail or contact us during office hours by telephone. The submission of any application documents is only possible by prior appointment.
