Schneiderberg/Callinstraße Campus

The chemistry, geography and earth sciences institutes are located at the corner of Schneiderberg and Callinstraße. This is where the „Chemistry Campus” evolved at the beginning of the 20th century with the building at Callinstraße 3–9 and other, modern buildings.

The earth science institutes are located at Callinstraße 3 and 30. The geography institutes can be found at Schneiderberg 50.

Just a few steps further, you will find the Centre of Biomolecular Drug Research (BMWZ).

How to get here

Public transport: Take the no. 4 or no. 5 tram to the Schneiderberg/Wilhelm-Busch-Museum tram stop. Walk along “Schneiderberg”, which crosses “Callinstraße” in approx. 300 m.

By car: Free car parking is available in the underground car park below the main refectory (Hauptmensa) for example, access via “Schneiderberg”.
