Nobel Prize Talk 2024 on chemistry and physics
This year's Nobel Prizes in physics and chemistry will be presented in a public lecture. A few days before the Nobel Prizes are awarded in Stockholm, the aim is to explain the research in simple terms to anyone interested.
Prof Dr Carolin König from the Institute of Physical Chemistry and Electrochemistry at the Faculty of Natural Sciences will give a lecture on the Nobel Prize in Chemistry. Prof Dr Thomas Wick from the Institute of Applied Mathematics will speak on behalf of the Nobel Prize in Physics. Both are part of the PhoenixD Cluster of Excellence at Leibniz Universität Hannover.
There will be an opportunity to ask questions after the lectures.
The Hanover regional group of the Young DPG and the Young Chemistry Forum JCF Hanover are organising the event. No registration is required.
